JEREMY Cronin, an avowed communist of longstanding, is on the attack against Anthea Jeffery, who has correctly pointed out the devastating consequences of his political philosophy to the South African economy and all its citizens (Definition not plotted, March 15).
He has failed to acknowledge that the Berlin Wall went up as a result of the dogma he continues to propagate. He has the cheek to suggest that these policies might lead to our own economic salvation.
Perhaps, he should consider emigrating, if he can find anywhere that did not reject his claptrap ideology many years ago. That may prove to be the ultimate expropriation. A good riddance indeed.
