THE EFF has appointed three new MPs to replace those who have been deployed to local government.

Leigh-Ann Mathys and Fana Mokoena have been transferred from the National Council of Provinces to the National Assembly.

Both are members of the EFF’s central command team and the party’s war council.

The third newly appointed MP is Roger Zolile Xalisa, who is also a member of the central command team.

The three are replacing Asanda Matshobeni, Abner Matlhoko and Pumza Ntobongwana, who were deployed to the Amathole District, Rustenburg Local Municipality and Mhlontlo Local Municipality, respectively.
