Others include the new online banking platform, Absa Online; providing the latest automatic teller machine technology on the largest ATM network in the country; giving people the option of interacting with the bank on a channel that they find most suitable.

Our innovations, shortlisted in the Accenture Innovation Index, underscore our customer centricity. They include a new transactional banking product targeted at entry-level career graduates and professionals called Potentiate. The Potentiate Titanium card features convenient tap-and-go payment technology for transit or retail purposes.

Our new-generation ATMs offer enhanced cash acceptance, cardless banking and unique security features to minimise the impact of criminal activity on the ATM network. We were also first to introduce a Value Bundle offering which gives customers simpler pricing plans that are more relevant to their banking needs.
