• The online questionnaire should take approximately 60 minutes to complete (excluding the prep work to collate required information per checklist included upfront in the questionnaire). This should be seen as a positive learning exercise which allows organisations to interrogate their innovation competency — and identify areas of strength and those for development.

• The initial panel interview with adjudicators involves some preparation time, a 60-minute pitch followed by a 30-minute Q&A.

• If shortlisted as a finalist in the Innovation Master of the Year category and invited to a final round of judging: involves some preparation time, a 60-minute pitch/Q&A session.

• If shortlisted in relation to an innovative concept and invited to a final round of judging at the Innovation Showcase: involves some preparation time, a 20-minute pitch followed by a 20-minute Q&A. Shortlisted finalists in this category can also exhibit for approximately four hours and this requires pre-event preparation in showcasing such concepts in an interactive manner at dedicated booths.
