PAUL Babiak is a US coach and consultant specialising in the areas of issues management, leadership and executive development, and training and education, and helps executives and organisations deal with unique issues when current approaches are no longer effective.

His international work has included the design and implementation of succession planning processes, global organisational satisfaction surveys and career and leadership development programmes. He has a doctorate in industrial and organisational psychology and also studied physics, engineering and management science. He is a licensed psychologist.

Robert D Hare is a Canadian researcher in the field of criminal psychology. He developed the Psychopathy Checklist and Psychopathy Checklist Revised, used to diagnose cases of psychopathy and also useful in predicting the likelihood of violent behaviour.

Hare advises the FBI's Child Abduction and Serial Murder Investigative Resources Centre and consults for various British and North American prison services. He has a PhD in experimental psychology and is professor emeritus of the University of British Columbia, where his studies focus on psychopathology and psychophysiology.
